Advanced ICT KELYON consultant services provide Information Systems auditing services to agencies that use complex computer systems, in order to help them, among other things; reduce the cost of computing; increase their computer system's efficiency and security; and avoid risks related to failing to comply with ICT regulations and Italian regulations on privacy.
The advanced consultant services of ICT KELYON are intended to provide auditing services of their information systems to agencies that rely on complex computer systems, in order to:
- Reduce the cost of computing;
- Conduct the re-examination and renegotiation of computer contracts related to connectivity, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, technical and computer assistance, outsourcing services, leasing, licensing, etc. in relation to costs, conditions, clauses lion, automatic renewals, duplication, deficiencies, SIA, penalties, conformity between services contracted and provided etc. The services are at no cost to the customer, because the compensation is dictated by the contractual model of the “Success Fee”, which is widely used in Italy. It provides compensation only in the event of successful completion of a transaction. It is articulated as a savings percentage tabulated over a 1-year period, following contracted services;
- Increase the efficiency and security of the information system;
- Help agencies to avoid design errors in their data network, installation/configuration errors, security policy errors, and inadequately installed equipment;
- Avoid risks linked to non-compliance with ICT Regulations;;
- Ensure compliance with Italian regulations related to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (privacy), the Law on Software Protection (licenses) and the Law on the Protection of Disable People (Web Sites);
