Developed by the Spanish company, Openbravo, S.L., Openbravo is based on Compiere, a popular ERP open source. Openbravo implements all the functions present in Compiere by adding the manufacturing and typical functions of European account management, particularly the Italian ones (RI.BA, Ammortamenti, ecc.). The essential feature that distinguishes it from Compiere is that it is a fully web-based product; its use does not require complicated procedures and/or the installation of customer applications. It is also compatible with any browser (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, ...).
