Facile

FACILE is a web application used for the guided compositions of institutional communications letters.

FACILE was conceived for an agency employee, who is in charge of the composition and distribution of protocolled documents, with the aim to promote the use of instruments other than simple video-writing programmes.

By using FACILE, an agency employee can choose not to compromise their institutional documentation trademark; for example, by using unauthorized fonts or old versions of the Agency logo, or even by recycling formats of old documents that do not comply with a given manual or instructions on corporate identity.

The FACILE interface has been conceived so that composing communications material may be just as easy to manage through e-mail, by considering the fact that, in most cases, an employee uses and manages mail trough a browser linked to the intranet of Public Administration. That is why project selection depends on the compatibility of corporate applications to webmail, so that the final result is a file saved in pdf format that is ready to be printed (and in compliance with protocol), archived and transmitted.

Moreover, the FACILE managers can easily create various models of communication, each one with its own graphic layout, without the necessity of prior technical knowledge, thanks to the flexibility and potentiality of the application.

The main advantages of FACILE includes having a shared work instrument, based on existing computing services and centralized archives that are accessible to all users. This would eliminate differences between working praxis compared in several offices.

FACILE features

The main features of FACILE:

• management of communications models based on the reference point of an agency's Corporate Identity;
• centralized archives of managed documents models (either pre-imported at the beginning or modified in case of a particular necessity of the agency);
• instant production of simple documents, through the choice of templates and entering content into a web form that has adjustable parameters;
• automatic delivery of produced documents to addressees (through the e-mail system adopted by the agency) and eventually, a recorded log of documents that were produced and delivered.
