OpenCity can log and register a citizen's report, whilst simultaneously sending constant updates on the progressing state of his message, through a selected mode of communication (SMS, e-mail, social networking site or other 2.0 Web instruments).

Moreover, through OpenCity 2.0, citizens and tourists can instantly access information on touristic and cultural events, news, call for tenders, traffic devices, informations on timing and public transportation, free parking space and traffic in real time.
